Trial Presentation Certificate Program by NCRA

You are invited to NCRA’s new Trial Presentation Certificate program to be held February 26-28, 2010, at the Ritz Carlton, Coconut Grove in Miami, FL. The program content is designed to teach best practices for trial presentation. The format is two days of class and then a written test at the end of day 2.

As part of the combined CLVS and Trial Presentation Workshop, the Symposium will include the Sunday, February 28th Forum with presentations by InData, Visionary, YesLaw and others. Attendees are encouraged to stay through Sunday for informative presentations by the software companies on the latest feature sets and updates.

Robb Helt and I will be guest speakers along with the regular faculty of Joe Cerda, Brian DiGiovanna, Dax Parise and Brian Clune. This will offer very informative course content with the added benefit of interaction with other trial professionals.
