Earlier this year we did a round up for 10 Must have Mac apps, but I thought 10 Apps were not enough as people do quite a versatile job with their Macs, so as these apps do.
10 Must have Apps for Mac Users
Clip Menu: Minimal yet powerful clipboard manager. I really love the simplicity of this app and you can assign hotkey to your clipboard history or groups of oft-used text snippets.
ImageOptim: It can be helpful in cutting down the size of an image without losing its quality. Perfect app for jpeg’s.
Evernote: Evernote is the best note taking app and the best part is, it’s cross platform. So, your notes stay synced on your devices whether you are using Windows, iOS or Android (and of course Mac). With a new update coming soon (Evernote 5 which is still in beta) you’ll love this app ever than before.
The Unarchiver: Fast and free utility for unarchiving and archiving files. Supports many formats.
Google Chrome: Seriously, no description here. The name is enough.
Reeder: The best RSS reader. Helps to keep up with news or your favorite blogs.
VLC Player: For playing music and HD videos flawlessly.
Adium: IM Client that works with every single network.
1Password: It can quickly generate strong passwords which can be used all over the web. It is a must have utility.
Dropbox: Easy, intuitive and works. Has a simple drag and drop functionality and nothing rocket science. Keeps your files synced with devices. (And when I say files—means everything.) Comes with a 2 GB storage free, but you can upgrade according to your choice.
Tweetbot: If you are a twitter-pro this app is for you. Fast, elegant and works every time. But don’t come cheap.
Omnifocus: To remove distractions and focus on your work. But this doesn’t come cheap.
Sublime Text: One of very best programming text editor. Plus, you can use it as a simple text editor. Its interface is elegant and minimal.
If you got Windows based computer along with Mac, these apps can come in handy:
