Windows Mail: Operate links

You have just received an email that contains a link and when you click it the following message appears: "There is no program associated with this file to perform this action. Create an association in the application in the Control Panel. '
To access it, click Start, and then click Default Programs. If this command does not appear in the Start menu, enter the start and click when you see it appear above the Start button. Once the window is displayed, click Set Program Access and Defaults. This window may take some time to open because Windows lists all installed software.

Once the list is displayed, then click Internet Explorer (or any other browser of your choice installed on your PC). At the bottom of the window, click Choose defaults for this program. Then check the file extensions which the software must be associated or better, click Select All. Finally, confirm Enregistrer.Un by clicking on a link, it is in a message or otherwise, open it in the browser of your choice.
