First reported by users before being recognized by Capcom, a bug hitting the version downloaded from the PSN Resident Evil 6. More specifically, the patch released on the same day as the game that can block the launch. Capcom is therefore recommended not to download it, or if it is already done and you get an ugly error message, uninstall and then reinstall Resident Evil 6.
