Apples Customer Loyalty rate falls for the first time and here’s why?

Competition is heating up for buyers’ hard earned cash. In both the smartphone and tablet markets, buyers are aware now more than ever that there is a world outside Apple’s iOS, iPhone and iPad, especially if they are living life on a budget. In this day and age, that’s most of us, and if a smartphone isn’t your highest priority then the iPhone may make way for that cheaper Android phone. It’s a reality that we just can’t escape.

In my opinion, the main problem is Google's Android. Android has been growing amazingly. All the problems, from lag in basic functions to polishing of user interface, everything has been fixed, and if not fixed yet, it will be fixed in coming next major release. Now Android is not a subset operating system, they are challenging Apple at every end.

Also, when you’ll pick Android and iOS, you’ll find more innovations coming from the former one. It isn’t like people are less iOS loyal now, it is now people who use Android tend to be in the Android’s ecosystem, plus the people who are moving from iOS to Android.
