A Japanese overclocker known as Hideo published recently, the test results pushed the Radeon HD 7970, which is memory for the graphics card single GPU high-end AMD.
According to the screenshot provided, it would have arrived at frequencies of 1747 MHz and 1971 MHz for the GPU and video memory, instead of 925 MHz and 1375 MHz.

A feat which is perfect for AMD, while its Radeon HD 7970 is less powerful than the GeForce GTX 680 from Nvidia rival while being more expensive. The Sunnyvale firm has also taken into account in reviewing the price of your graphics card down.
