The results of the index of U.S. consumer satisfaction (American Customer Satisfaction Index or ACSI Customers), Facebook ranks last in the ranking of social networks while Google + occupies the head tied with Wikipedia.

The satisfaction survey that was conducted by ForeSee credits the Google's social networking a satisfaction rate of 78% while Facebook is 61% (-7.6% yoy).

"Facebook and Google + compete on two fronts: the user experience and market penetration. Google + easily won the first while Facebook easily won the second, for the moment, "said Larry Freed, CEO of ForeSee.
